Alli has teamed with her mother, Cindi Caudle, at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, to establish the Caudle Real Estate Group. Together, they are using their mutual passion for design, service, diligence and love for home and what it means in all its forms. It is important to Cindi and Alli that their clients’ homes reflect the aesthetics, values, vision and well-being that creates a space to fulfill their dreams. Alli is the first one there and the last to leave. She gets the job done. She’s determined, but she always keeps it light and reminds all those around her to enjoy the moment. She’s a star and a joy to work with. — Former Employer at Sunset Tower Hotel Alli is a native Texan who has lived in Europe, New York and Los Angeles, working for some of the world’s top brands like Dior, WME, Republique, Sunset Tower Hotel, and now Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. She knows what it takes to deliver exquisite service for her clients. Alli was born in Dallas, and grew up in Highland Park, as well as Canadian and Lubbock, Texas. She attended Texas Tech University, graduating early with a dual degree in Public Relations and International Communications. She also received a post-graduate certification to practice Wellness Coaching after completing the MentorPath program taught by Dr. David Krueger. As an agent, Alli draws from her geographic history and diverse professional experience as a public relations professional, a Michelin-Star hospitality manager, an event producer, and a guidance counselor to search for and market properties for her clients. After her recent move home to Dallas, she became the managing director of social media for HALL Arts Hotel, HALL Arts Residences, and Ellie’s Restaurant and Lounge. She works to connect the brands’ voice and vision to the exciting and ever-evolving Dallas Arts District community. Other aspects of Alli’s time include experiences with family and friends, travel, yoga, writing, and practicing guidance. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Alli co-founded a holistic human connection practice based in psychology, spiritual psychology, and neuroscience. Throughout the pandemic, Alli worked with people around the world to offer guidance and wellness coaching through an unprecedented time.
